Okay, so Elli is going to be having her first birthday in a little over a month! How incredible is that! Time has FLOWN by. I have told her that her birthday is coming and that she needs to tell me her birthday wish list. So, I know that some of you may care (some not), but I thought I'd post things that she's told me she wants.

BTW - (By The Way) - I am going to step down as an assistant manager and instead of working 4 days a week, I will work 2 days - only work on visuals - effective after a two week notice which I will do today. I am not going to lie - I am a little nervous about the whole thing because I have been a manager there for 3 years at least now and it will be hard not to act like one while I am there. We'll see how long I last after this change.
