This past weekend Mom, Elli, and I went up to Negley, OH to visit Becky and Travis. It was a nice visit. Elli had a great time - well, she did before her nap wasn't interrupted on Saturday. She was
cranky. I was
miserable. But really, it was a good trip. Elli loved all of the animals - especially the kittens. "Kitty!" she would say over and over again. She'd curl up her shoulders and pull her hands up to her face and try to lure them in with cuteness. She could have gotten any of us, but the cats...they were smart...well, most of the time. She did catch them now and then, and wouldn't let them have a moment of peace until she caught them again. Ya know, we didn't see them the last few hours we were there. Poor cats. At least she didn't carry them around their necks. She was (generally) very good at not choking them or squeezing them.

Here's Elli and Aunt Becky with the "sorsies"...or horses as we know them. She thought they were "big" and would scramble up Becky's waste and squeeze her neck until she got used to them. They are very friendly horses, so they were right there whenever we came around. It was pretty neat.
Ofcourse, I am blogging in reverse order of the weekend....darn it.

She's grown up so much since I've been gone! She looks so much bigger. Becky looks adorable with her haircut. did you do that?
